HRT Performance is housed in a 6000 sq. ft. facility which includes a performance parts store and show room, automotive machine shop, engine assembly rooms, and an R&D room which will soon be home to a new computerized flow testing unit. An additional 2500 sq. ft. shop area houses Staples Automotive Engineering that provides dyno testing, tuning services, chassis and suspension upgrades, and high performance transmission building for our customers.

At HRT, we have a full service machine shop to handle any engine refurbishing needs from stock repairs to precision blueprinting operations. Our specialty at HRT is the design and assembly of high performance engines, import and domestic. Our experienced staff pays careful attention to each customer’s needs, selects the right parts and accessories, then custom builds every engine to provide maximum performance and reliability for the intended range and application. We do not subscribe to the “cookie cutter” (one size fits all) ideal of engine building like many high volume crate engine builders do. We do strive to be fair and competitive with our pricing so you, the consumer, can be assured of getting the most quality and performance for your hard earned dollars.

You can find our engines powering muscle cars, import tuners, drag race cars, road racing machines, oval track cars and the occasional hot marine application. HRT also restores engines for many rare vintage care owners with flathead Fords and Chryslers, MGBs, AMCs, Hudsons, Porsches, Mercedes, and others. We at HRT believe in staying current with the latest trends in technology for machining and engine design to provide you with the best possible service.
